The Great Aussie Dim Sim
Some say the best Dim Sim is to be found at the Elms Hotel. Drown it in Soy Sauce, eat it and wash it down some beer! Cheers
Ganache Chocolate
Rusk
We visited Rusk as one of my friends was an apprentice chef there. The food is south-african inspired and very tasty. I luv the wasabi mayo with the steak. Also the chocolate souffle with pistachio ice-cream is the best!
